Hi! I'm Benjamin Hutcherson animator and character designer. I graduated from Columbia College Chicago in earning my BA in Film & Video with a concentration in traditional animation.



​I am a highly creative individual knowledgeable in the animation process from pre-production to post-production. I do both traditional and stop-motion animation as well as character design. I am able to create treatments, characters, storyboards, and exposure sheets, apply 2D animation principles, and utilize digital techniques to fully complete a film from start to finish.

 I just love telling stories using animation. My interest started in high school during which I made stop motion shorts using Legos and a cell phone camera. 



Two fun facts about me: I was completely home schooled from kindergarten all the way through high school, and I'm fluent and literate in Japanese.
